Information under the Whistleblower Protection Act
Deepview s.r.o. as a mandatory entity according to Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as "WP") accepts notifications according to WP submitted through the internal notification system.
The notification must contain information enabling the identity of the notifier to be determined. Anonymous reports are not processed.
Notifications through the internal notification system can be made:
- in paper form by sending or personally delivering to the registered address of Deepview s.r.o., Všehrdova 560/2, 118 00 Prague 1 to the hands of the relevant person in a sealed envelope with the clear marking "Notice pursuant to Coll. No. 171/2023 Coll. DO NOT OPEN'
- electronically to a special box for electronic mail at the address of the relevant person below,
- orally in front of the relevant person, who will make a written or audio record of such notification (for a verbal notification, a meeting date must be agreed with the relevant person),
- orally through a telephone conversation with the relevant person, who will make a written or audio record of such notification.
Deepview s.r.o. excludes the receipt of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activities for the obliged entity according to § 2 paragraph 3 letter a), b), h) or i) WP.
